This incident caused the partial shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 parking area.

Two more people are now in custody related to a robbery at Heathrow Airport where 21 people sustained injuries by a substance believed to be an irritant spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A man, 24, was taken into custody in Lambeth for suspected theft and assault and a woman, 23 was detained for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. Both individuals remain in custody, authorities confirmed.

These detentions follow an investigation into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Before the incident, a pair of female travelers had stolen from them their luggage after getting out of a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was among the injured in the event. A total of five individuals were taken to the hospital for treatment and were later discharged.

Officers arrested a 31-year-old man for suspected robbery and assault near the location. He has since been released pending further inquiries while inquiries continue.

Authorities were called at approximately 8:10 in the morning GMT after reports came in regarding a number of individuals hurt by an irritating chemical believed to be pepper spray.

The attack - which authorities stated was a standalone incident and not considered terrorism - resulted in train delays and the temporary shutdown of the main airport tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park for a short time.
